Information about DesignsOfDavid.
DesignsOfDavid (DOD) is a trade name of Modestudio DORIENDAVID, a company under the laws of The Netherlands, located at Van Oldenbarneveltstraat 92, 3012GV Rotterdam, The Netherlands, registered with the Chamber Of Commerce under number 65307763.

The Agreement
When you buy an article via the webstore of DesignsOfDavid (DOD), you enter into an agreement with DOD. The agreement starts from the moment you accept the general sales conditions at the checkout of the website.
It is important that you correctly and completely provide your name, your email address and the delivery address as per instructions. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details provided by you.

An agreement arising from an offer which contains an obvious mistake and/or error, such as unusually low price, is not binding for DOD. Please contact DOD when you doubt the validity of an offer.

Price and payment
All prices on the website, order confirmation or any documentation or correspondence are in Euro and include any Value Added Tax (VAT), but we show the price excl. VAT also. (This could be important for non-EU customers, see Terms and Conditions)). 

Order processing and delivery
DesignsOfDavid and dropshipping partners aim to process and deliver your order as smoothly and quickly as possible (see als FAQ).
If the ordered item is no longer available, we will inform you and refund the paid amount.

Additional Costs
It’s possible that the delivery address is located in a country that charges additional levies, such as import tax, value added tax (VAT) or other costs. DesignsOfDavid will not pay those costs.
You must check yourself if the ordered articles can be exported and imported to the country in question.

The Product
DOD aims to display the products on its website as fully and accurately as possible. The nature of the offered products may result in differences (such as colour differences) between the display of products on the website and the product delivered to you.

Intellectual property
www.DesignsOfDavid.com’s contents, including but not limited to works, designs, images, pictures, dialogues, documents, drawings and paintings, logos and other material published on the website are protected by copyright.
The reproduction, wholly or in part, and in any form is forbidden without DOD’s written consent.

Changes to our Conditions
If DOD decides to change these conditions it will publish these changes on its website.
Any changes do not apply to orders that were placed before the date of change.

Privacy and Cookies
DOD will treat all personal data (data which direct or indirect leads to the identification of a natural person) according to the Dutch Personal Data Protection Act (Wet Bescherming Persoonsgegevens).

DOD takes reasonable care to make their website secure. All credit/debit card transactions on the DOD site are processed using secure online payment gateways that encrypts your card details in a secure environment.

EU: cancelling your order
For those based in the EU there are the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs): you have the right to cancel your order with us provided you give us written notice.
Notice can be given any time after your order has placed, up until 7 days from the day after you received your order.
